Q. What drew you to the company and what has changed ever since?
A. It was another manager that drew me to the company. There have been many changes over the years. I have had the pleasure of training new employees and seeing upgrades to the store.

Q. What is your favorite/ proudest moment of doing your job?
A. I would say that my proudest moment would be when I won the fit bit for being the “Manager of the Month”. With all that is going on in the world, it is so hard to find workers that will work. I worked seven days a week for months to make sure everything was in order.

Q. If you could change one thing about working here, what is it?
A. If I could change one thing it would be the work ethics of the people who have come and gone. It has been very hard to find the workers I have now. I have gone through many trials and tribulations with many different workers to find the diamonds that I have now.

Q. Do you go by any nicknames among your colleagues at the store?
A. I would say that most of my colleagues call me Ms. Amanda and some call me Boss Lady. I like Manda.

Q. What advice do you have for prospective candidates?
A. My advice is that when you come to work be prepared to work hard. Quick Track is bringing a new and innovative look to their stores, which is drawing in more customers. So, as long as you work hard and be persistent with your work as workers you will have success with this company.
