What is LaMa loyalty?
LaMa Loyalty is a loyalty program for LaMa convenience stores. This program allows customer to enjoy exclusive deals, gas savings, earn points on qualifying purchases, and redeem those loyalty points for free drinks or snacks.
How does the LaMa Loyalty app work?
Scan the barcode in your LaMa Loyalty app, enter your Alt ID AKA 10 digit phone number at checkout or swipe your card to earn product discounts, free items and more.
How do I earn points?
You will earn 1 point for every dollar you spent on qualifying purchases. LaMa Convenience app will show your current standing of LaMa Loyalty points.
How do I redeem rewards?
You must complete the registration process to activate your LaMa Loyalty membership to redeem rewards.
Are any items excluded from my rewards purchases?
Yes. There are items and services that does not qualify for LaMa Loyalty point. Loyalty point excludes age restricted items such as cigarettes, lottery tickets, alcohol, fuel, financial services such as prepaid card products such as money order, phone cards, Post Office Stamps will be excluded from your points tally.
LaMa Convenience reserve the right to add or delete products and services eligible for redemption or points collections.
How long do I have to redeem my rewards?
LaMa Loyalty points expire 12 months for the date of issuance. For example, if points earned on February 15th of this year expire March 31st of next year.
How do I find my Alt ID?
Your Alt ID is your 10 digit phone number followed by the phone number you used when you created your LaMa Loyalty. You can find your Alt ID in the app by tapping the barcode icon in the top right corner of the home screen.
How do I sign up for LaMa Loyalty?
You can sign up for a LaMa Loyalty card by downloading the LaMa app and completing the registration at the app or click here to sign up online.
How do I keep track of my progress?
By participating in LaMa Loyalty, we’ll add each of your applicable purchases so you can easily track your progress in the app.
Where can I view my LaMa Loyalty Points?
You can also view your current deals in the Rewards and Save sections of the app.
Which locations participate in LaMa Loyalty?
All merchandise discounts, free products, and cents per gallon savings can be redeemed at all LaMa Convenience location.
Can I get money back instead of the redeeming items?
LaMa Loyalty points have no monetary value. Points will not be able to redeem for cash.
Can I transfer my Loyalty points to another account?
Points earned are not transferrable to any other individual.
If I redeem Loyalty points by mistake, can I get my points back?
Unfortunately, once you redeem points on items, you will not be able to receive your points back.
